Andrew is an entrepreneur and investor with 15+ years in private equity, SaaS, and e-commerce. He's the Founding CEO of AnswerManiac and currently serves as CEO of Lanteria HR (200K+ users across 40 countries) and Investment Director at Secways. In 2022, he acquired Lanteria three months after the Ukraine war started and turned a distressed asset into a growing platform — securing investment in 15 minutes and leading one of the most complex SaaS turnarounds in recent memory.
Previously co-founded Uniqbrow, a customizable eyewear brand in Barcelona (exited pre-pandemic), and spent five years at Hilco Global restructuring distressed retail companies. He launched AnswerManiac in November 2025 after watching his own portfolio brands struggle with AI invisibility. Based between Barcelona and Miami.

Faizan is Director & Head of Marketing at AnswerManiac and a full-stack developer. He built the AnswerManiac platform end-to-end — Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Tailwind. With 7+ years in SEO and digital marketing, he also serves as Marketing Director at Lanteria HR, giving him a front-row seat to how B2B SaaS companies actually buy and evaluate software.
He holds a Master's degree in Digital Marketing with AI from the University of South Wales and a BS in Computer Software Engineering. That mix of engineering and marketing is what makes AnswerManiac different — the person writing the code is the same person running the campaigns. He's the one making sure every AEO and GEO playbook actually ships — from citation asset production to AI visibility tracking across all five platforms.
