Why AEO needs its own framework

We built The ANSWER Framework because nothing else existed. When we started working on AI visibility in 2024, every agency was recycling SEO tactics and slapping “AI-optimized” on the label. Schema markup here, a blog post there, maybe some FAQ sections. No system. No methodology. No repeatable way to measure whether any of it worked.
