Semantic Triple
The atomic unit of linked data: one fact as subject, predicate, object.
A semantic triple is the smallest unit of structured, linked data: a single fact expressed as subject–predicate–object, such as 'AnswerManiac — is a — GEO agency'. Knowledge graphs are built from millions of these triples, which is how machines store and connect facts about entities.
Triples matter for visibility because the clearer and more consistent the facts you state about yourself, the more cleanly they can be captured as triples and added to an engine's understanding. Schema markup is essentially a way of handing engines ready-made triples about your entity and content.
Stating your key facts plainly and marking them up with schema is how you feed accurate triples into the systems that decide what is true about you.
