Knowledge Graph
Google's structured database of real-world entities and the facts that connect them.
The Knowledge Graph is Google's structured database of real-world entities and the relationships between them — people, companies, places and concepts, linked by facts. It is what lets Google answer factual questions directly and power knowledge panels, and it increasingly informs what AI surfaces treat as established about an entity.
Being present and correct in the Knowledge Graph strengthens how confidently engines can resolve and describe you. Entities Google knows well get richer, more consistent treatment across search and AI answers; entities it does not know well are described tentatively or not at all.
You influence your Knowledge Graph presence through consistent entity signals: Organization schema with sameAs links, accurate third-party profiles, Wikidata and Wikipedia presence where warranted, and a strong entity home.
